When you say, “I have to make time for something or someone”, there is an underlying obligation. There is a looming feeling of guilt or debt attached to this time commitment. In contrast…. When you create capacity for something, it is a commitment you have held yourself accountable to. Capacity creation is intentional, planned and the expectation comes from you.
